YIN YOGA
Yin Yoga is cooling, calming, deeply relaxing, and is designed to lengthen and transform the connective tissue (fascia) of the body, including the ligaments and tendons.
This deep, passive practice settles you into poses for 2-5 minutes, bringing your focus inward. This practice increases flexibility, especially in the spine and hips and is very restorative and rehabilitative for the joints and muscles.
Psychologically, it connects you to your intuitive and creative self. True health and fitness requires a dynamic balance of both yin and yang: of action and repose, of activity and receptivity, of movement and stillness. This class is appropriate for all ages, fitness, and flexibility levels.

Gentle, Restorative Yoga Postures
- Tiare will gently guide you into simple and gentle yoga postures specifically chosen for each client to target different chakras and stimulate the flow of energy.
- These poses are designed to promote relaxation, reduce stress, and improve flexibility.
- They are suitable for all levels of practitioners, including beginners and those with limited mobility.
Breathing Techniques
- Tiare guides and instructs with breathing techniques to assist in allowing the body to deeply relax and rejuvenate.
- Deep breathing and pranayama techniques can help balance the chakras and activate Kundalini energy.
Aromatherapy and Pranic Healing
- While in various, relaxed positions, Tiare applies an intuitive aromatherapy touch combining the therapeutic benefits of essential oils enhancing the relaxation, sensuality, and spiritual connection experienced during Body Mind Shakti sessions.
- Tiare will assess the energy flow in the body and identify any imbalances then apply techniques such as hand movements and visualizations to balance and harmonize the energy centers (chakras).
- Pranic healing is a complementary therapy that focuses on the manipulation of prana, or life force energy to enhance the overall experience and deepen the spiritual connection.

Guided meditation is a technique used in Tantra Yoga to enhance relaxation, focus, and spiritual awareness, cultivating mindfulness, focus, and a deeper connection to the self and the divine. During a guided meditation, a practitioner will lead you through a series of visualizations
- Tiare will lead you through a series of mental images and sensations, guiding your imagination to a specific scene or experience.
- Visualizing the flow of energy through the chakras can enhance the practice.
